We are a U.S.-based online boutique specializing in hair extensions and beauty products. Our goal is to provide clear and fair return guidelines while maintaining product hygiene and quality standards.
Return Eligibility
Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery and are subject to review and approval.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following:
- Unused, unworn, and unaltered
- Returned in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase required
- No signs of wear, washing, cutting, or styling
Due to hygiene considerations, items showing signs of use cannot be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Used or worn hair products
- Hair that has been installed, styled, cut, colored, or altered
- Items damaged after delivery
- Products without original packaging
- Returns sent without prior authorization
Return Request Process
To request a return, customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

- Reason for return
Return instructions are provided after the request is reviewed and approved.
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, a return shipping label may be provided at no cost to the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected:

- Original shipping charges are not refundable

Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not offered.
